Monks is hiring a Graphic Designer to support established projects and create graphic solutions and proposals from scratch. The role involves applying design knowledge, collaborating with project managers and producers, maintaining style and quality across production, and working with visual quality assurance. The designer will use Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, organize files and layers, work with dielines and vendor specifications, and contribute to layout, cutting formats, and language versioning. The position requires at least three years of experience, independent work, strong attention to detail, English proficiency, and a hybrid work arrangement.
