Penta Group is hiring a fully remote Production Designer for its US-based team. The role combines design and production studio work, focusing on maintaining visual consistency and quality across client presentations, marketing materials, book layouts, logos, infographics, templates, and other creative projects. The designer will collaborate with creative teams, rebuild and version files, apply brand guidelines, and use design software, presentation tools, and emerging technologies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of production design experience, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools. The base salary is $55,000–$75,000 per year, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, life insurance, parental leave, paid time off, and other benefits.
