Description
Ardurra is hiring a Production Designer – Water/Wastewater to lead CAD production for water and wastewater infrastructure projects across California. The role manages engineering drawings and models, maintains CAD standards, coordinates with engineers and project managers, supports quality control, and mentors production design staff. Candidates must have at least eight years of design experience, proficiency with Civil 3D and Revit, and California residency; the position may be based in Fresno, Sacramento, San Jose, or Bakersfield and is open to remote candidates. Compensation is $140,000 to $170,000.
