WOLFFKRAN is hiring a permanent, on-site Production Development Engineer to analyze and optimize industrial production processes, standardize workflows, plan and implement production methods, coordinate facility and machine commissioning, advise on sustainable operating improvements, and support digitalization and automation. The role requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, production, electrical, or a similar engineering field, project management knowledge, strong analytical and methodological skills, and good English; SAP/ERP and MS Project experience are advantageous. Responsibilities include cost and budget responsibility and coordination with production, welding, planning, quality, purchasing, and logistics teams.
