The role manages visual production deliverables such as key art, thumbnails, codex content, and style guides; establishes production processes, timelines, quality standards, and development plans; coordinates resources and partners; tracks deliverables; mitigates production risks; and supports department managers with resource planning and team structure. Candidates should have experience managing production or creative-services teams, knowledge of visual production pipelines, and strong communication and leadership skills.
