Turner Staffing Group is hiring a Production Dozer Operator for a mining operation in Hinkley, California. The role operates bulldozers to push, spread, and grade overburden, ore, or aggregate; maintains production rates and work areas; performs equipment inspections; reports mechanical or safety issues; follows site safety policies and MSHA regulations; and communicates with drivers, dispatch, and supervisors. Candidates need proven dozer-operating experience in mining, quarry, or heavy civil work, grading and material-handling knowledge, a valid driver's license, strong safety awareness, reliable transportation, and the ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions.
