Referenz Personal GmbH is seeking production employees in Bückeburg to fill machines with raw materials, bottle and bag solid materials, palletize products, and prepare shipments. The role offers a multi-week onboarding period, fixed and reliably planned shifts, above-tariff pay, vacation and Christmas bonuses, and an hourly wage of €18.00. The schedule runs Monday to Friday from 05:00 to 13:30, with weekly alternating shifts and an additional 13:30 to 22:30 shift on Fridays from 13:30 to 20:00. A forklift operator’s license is preferred, while good German, physical resilience, reliability, basic mathematical skills, and PC skills are required.
