TECHNOLAM GmbH is hiring a full-time Production Employee for a 1–2-shift production and logistics operation, starting as soon as possible. The role involves cutting and processing materials, operating and monitoring production machines, picking and preparing goods, warehouse and shipping support, receiving and checking incoming goods, packaging customer orders, loading and unloading, quality checks, and maintaining workplace safety. Candidates should have practical skills, reliability, physical resilience, teamwork, and good German; vocational training and production or machine-operation experience are preferred but not mandatory.
