Description
The Laser Cladding Specialist will set up, operate, and monitor robot-controlled laser systems; prepare workpieces; perform preventive maintenance; monitor production; conduct quality inspections using ITPs and measuring instruments; and manage logistics. The role may also involve learning new equipment, supporting engineering and R&D, contributing to production improvements, and performing quality measurements at customer and supplier sites. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, in a two-shift system, and requires an associate or professional bachelor's degree or relevant metal-industry experience, CNC or robot-machine knowledge, safety awareness, Dutch and English communication skills, and flexibility.
