Braskem America is hiring a full-time Production Engineer in La Porte, Texas to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize chemical process variables, lead plant operations and continuous-improvement activities, support capital and commissioning projects, conduct root-cause analyses, and maintain safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, relevant chemical-engineering experience, Process Safety Management knowledge, and familiarity with Aspen Plus or HYSYS; polymer-production experience and two years of experience are preferred.
