Description
CRA is seeking a Production Engineer to lead and optimize manufacturing operations for custom-engineered systems in the Energy and Defence sectors. The role covers production planning, scheduling, budgeting, material and tool issuance, coordination of machining, welding, and fabrication teams, process development, quality and traceability, CAD and engineering-calculation interpretation, and shop-floor leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant engineering discipline, at least four years of production engineering experience, and expertise in fabrication, welding, machining, sheet-metal processes, Lean Manufacturing, and team management.
