Description
DefSecIntel Solutions is hiring a Production Engineer to support the transition of new products from prototype to production, improve manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and testing, and resolve technical issues in daily production. The role also covers engineering changes, software releases, production readiness, feedback to the development team, and training of production personnel. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least two years of production engineering experience, and experience with NPI, manufacturing processes, ERP systems, BOM management, and electro-mechanical products.
