Description
The Production Engineer will report to the Site Director and manage safety, manufacturing resources, processes, costs, deadlines, seven production workshops, and a logistics department for approximately 40 people. The role oversees safety studies, continuous improvement, quality coordination, environmental and quality procedures, and on-call duties at a high-tier SEVESO site. Candidates need an engineering degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or process engineering, 5 to 10 years of relevant chemical-industry experience, management and technical skills, English proficiency, and familiarity with SAP and PI is advantageous.
