Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will improve productivity and product quality across manufacturing operations, lead continuous-improvement and new-product-introduction projects, support PCBA testing and equipment, develop SOPs and TPM processes, diagnose test failures, and coordinate with suppliers, quality, supply chain, and technical teams. The role requires a manufacturing engineering background with an electronics focus, PCBA experience, structured problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with LabVIEW, test software, and test-data analysis tools.
