Description
The Production Engineer will support industrialization, production preparation, process development, and continuous improvement for customers across different production environments. The role involves optimizing production flows and equipment, preparing documentation, analyzing capacity and quality, solving production problems, and collaborating with design, quality, procurement, project management, and production teams. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree or several years of experience, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and experience with production development or industrialization; Lean, 5S, ERP, and cross-functional experience are preferred.
