Ramp is hiring a Production Engineer to build and operate critical infrastructure across compute, storage, messaging, observability, and developer tooling. The role owns systems end-to-end, drives architectural change, partners with product teams, supports AI-native engineering, participates in on-call rotation, and leads company-wide reliability and scalability initiatives. Candidates need at least two years of software engineering experience shipping critical-system architectures, distributed-systems experience, cloud-provider familiarity, observability knowledge, and a record of leading technical projects.
