Description
The Production Engineer will report to the Manager of Production Engineering and will focus on developing and evaluating new processes to enhance process capabilities, efficiency, and productivity. Key responsibilities include identifying and implementing solutions for safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements, designing equipment modifications, developing tooling, and preparing various process documentation. The engineer will also collaborate with customers and suppliers, provide cross-departmental engineering support, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
