Description
The Production Engineering Manager will lead the Vietnam engineering team and the APAC PE/TD/CMF function, coordinating product creation, manufacturing processes, design for manufacture, engineering samples, technical specifications, factory alignment, quality issues, cost targets, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong process and analytical thinking, knowledge of textile cut-and-sew and RF welding, familiarity with OEM/ODM and manufacturing processes, experience with PPAP and DFMEA/verification methods, project and team management skills, English communication ability, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or design field. The position requires at least 10 years of engineering experience, 5+ years leading engineering teams, and 30% travel.
