Description
The Production Engineer will expand and enhance a production facility by supporting daily live shows, virtual live events, and pre-produced content. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing broadcast equipment; performing preventative maintenance; analyzing workflows; implementing computer systems and software; training staff; troubleshooting broadcast operations; coordinating equipment quotes and vendor relationships; and maintaining safe studio conditions. It is a salaried position requiring an associate’s degree or equivalent broadcast production experience, familiarity with broadcast engineering, networking, and streaming protocols, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
