VKR France is hiring an Aluminum Sector Manager to oversee an aluminum production sector operating on a three-shift, eight-hour rotation. The role supervises approximately ten employees across three production teams, manages technical and human resources, leads teams and their skill development, and improves safety, quality, productivity, and Lean Manufacturing performance. The position requires an engineering degree or qualification, initial experience managing operators, Lean tools proficiency, and English proficiency; compensation is negotiable and benefits include training, a savings plan, dining facilities, and six weeks of vacation.
