Description
The Production Supervisor oversees daily production and assembly operations, ensures output and delivery targets are met, manages manpower and operator performance, monitors safety, quality, process compliance, and production KPIs, coordinates with quality, maintenance, warehouse, and other teams, and drives continuous improvement and team development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and 5–7 years of production or assembly operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
