Description
XTEND is hiring a Production Engineer for its Manufacturing Engineering team to support production, improve manufacturing processes, and develop assembly documentation, work instructions, jigs, and fixtures. The role provides hands-on production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, operator training, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, NPI, Quality, and Supply Chain. Candidates need hands-on experience designing production fixtures, at least three years of production or process engineering experience with complex electromechanical systems, and strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
