Fluidstack is hiring a Compute Production Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for keeping tens of thousands of GPUs serving customers. The role owns fleet availability, defines service-level objectives, builds automation for node lifecycle management, and establishes on-call and escalation processes. Candidates should have led SRE or production engineering teams, managed engineering teams shipping into operational environments for at least four years, improved availability, automated remediation, and grown engineering teams.
