Description
The Production Engineer is responsible for designing, operating, and implementing production processes; improving repeatability, efficiency, cost, sustainability, and profitability; developing procedures and best practices; tracking performance metrics; and assessing safety and quality compliance. The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background, preferably a master's degree, at least three years of operations experience, change-management ability, analytical and critical-thinking skills, and knowledge of process-improvement methods.
