Description
Fluidstack is hiring a Facilities Production Engineering Manager to lead the facilities production engineering team, including hiring, priorities, delivery, on-call health, and the roadmap connecting site needs to engineering output. The role coordinates with site operators, grows engineers across the OT/IT boundary, and supports data center operations at national-scale infrastructure. Candidates should have at least four years of experience managing engineering teams in operational environments, with facilities, industrial software, data center operations, SRE, or OT systems experience preferred.
