HELPLINE is hiring an IT Application Engineer to support the Workflow, Acquisition, and GED platforms through application operations, technical homologation before go-live, and projects and operational maintenance. The role covers production planning, monitoring, incident resolution, crisis response, test planning and performance testing, go/no-go reporting, system evolution, and DEVOPS implementation. It requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 3 to 5 years of similar experience, and expertise in VTOM, Windows/Linux systems, distributed servers, networks, technical and performance testing, and DEVOPS practices.
