HELPLINE is hiring an IT Application Engineer in Lyon to support the Workflow, Acquisition, and DMS (GED) platforms. The role combines application operations, production monitoring, incident management, technical validation and performance testing, and ongoing operational maintenance. It also involves supporting projects, contributing to DEVOPS practices, and coordinating with technical stakeholders. The position requires a Bac+5 degree in computer science or equivalent, 3 to 5 years of similar experience, and expertise in VTOM, Windows/Linux systems, distributed servers, networks, performance testing, and DEVOPS.
