Description
JTEKT North America is hiring a Machining Process Engineer to own and improve CNC turning, grinding, and related machining processes on its Constant Velocity Joint lines. The role leads troubleshooting, tooling and fixture design, SOPs, equipment capability and quality studies, process changes, commissioning, data analysis, and floor-level mentoring. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience, at least three years of machining or process engineering experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing, and proficiency with CNC programming, root-cause analysis, GD&T, SPC, and related manufacturing tools.
