The Bosch Automotive Thailand shop-floor leadership role is responsible for overseeing safety, cost, quality, and delivery performance; leading productivity, OEE, quality, and cost-reduction improvement projects; managing BPS and CIP activities; and defining lean manufacturing practices. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, production and process improvement knowledge, good English, and a strong CIP project mindset.
