ABB is hiring an onsite Production Engineering Manager to lead a strategic team within Industrial Engineering and oversee Internal Process Management and Special Process Development. The role manages production process improvements, OEE and efficiency KPIs, feasibility studies, advanced robotics, automation, and production-line innovation while coaching and developing Production Engineering Specialists. Candidates need a mechanical, industrial, or automation engineering degree, at least eight years of relevant experience, expertise in manufacturing and digital optimization tools, strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in Italian and English.
