Meta is hiring a full-time RNE Manager to lead and support Rotational Network Engineers across Europe, Middle East and Africa. The role combines recruiting, program planning, stakeholder management, mentorship, coaching, performance management, and team development for engineers in Backbone, Datacenter, Performance, and Automation networking disciplines. It requires at least four years of networking, systems administration, software engineering, or product development experience, familiarity with software development practices, experience launching technical products or frameworks, engineering-team management experience, a B.S. in Engineering or equivalent experience, and analytical and troubleshooting skills.
