Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is hiring a Production Equipment Support specialist for its El Paso, Texas manufacturing team. The role supports equipment setup, changeovers, basic troubleshooting, tooling staging, records, safety procedures, and coordination with production, maintenance, and engineering teams. The position pays $19.00 per hour, is scheduled from 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., and is eligible for a variable incentive plan. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of manufacturing or equipment support experience; spot welding, brazing, mechanical components, lockout/tagout, and basic mechanical knowledge are preferred. The role is limited to candidates within 50 miles of El Paso, Texas, and does not offer relocation or immigration sponsorship.
