Description
The Production Manager oversees production planning, shift scheduling, labor allocation, inventory, quality, 5S, EHS, cleanroom compliance, employee development, discipline, attendance, and retention. The role supervises production supervisors and line leaders, analyzes production data, coordinates maintenance planning, and patrols the department in shift. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and at least two years of relevant work experience, along with ERP or SAP/MRP, lean manufacturing, quality improvement, and Microsoft Office experience. The role is onsite.
