Cerelia USA Bakery is hiring a full-time Production Flex Supervisor for its Whitehall, Ohio food manufacturing plant. The mid-level supervisor flexes across all three production shifts, with a normal Monday–Friday 12 p.m.–9 p.m. schedule, to oversee production performance, safety, quality, sanitation, logistics, staffing, training, equipment, maintenance coordination, process flow, and compliance. The role requires a business-related bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, familiarity with FDA and OSHA regulations, automated manufacturing and packaging technology, GMP, and strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and computer skills.
