Valtir is hiring a full-time Production Foreman for the 2nd shift at its Pell City, Alabama plant. The role supervises manufacturing department personnel, assigns work, monitors productivity and quality, enforces safety and company policies, investigates accidents, supports training, and coordinates production and inventory information. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 4:40 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., with overtime as required. A high school diploma or equivalent and manufacturing supervisory experience are required; paint or coatings experience is desirable.
