Description
The Trainer supports production training at the Greenville facility, including onboarding new employees, coaching and certifying staff, developing and revising training materials, reporting training progress, addressing competency gaps, and coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments. The role requires at least three years of manufacturing operations experience and one year of training experience, along with strong organizational, communication, and independent-work skills.
