Howmet Aerospace is hiring hourly Production Generalists to support various manufacturing operations in its plant. The role involves hands-on mold and casting preparation, inspection of wax patterns and metal castings, material handling, welding preparation, shop-floor cleaning, and participation in continuous-improvement initiatives. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of continuous work experience, availability for all shifts including weekends and overtime, and legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. Starting pay ranges from $21.07 to $22.24 per hour, with a $1.00 shift premium for off shifts and an increase after six months.
