The employer is hiring several production helpers for a client in the Essen, Bochum, Gladbeck, Dortmund, Gelsenkirchen, and Menden area. The role involves deburring, cleaning, grinding, and sorting cast parts; setting up equipment; and packing and labeling goods. Candidates should be accurate, quick to understand instructions, team-oriented, reliable, independent, careful, and willing to work full continuous shifts. An own car is desirable. The offer includes fair pay, up to 30 days of vacation, long-term assignments with mostly unlimited employment contracts, vacation and Christmas bonuses, and provision of work clothing.
