Description
The Production Improvement Officer will optimize production processes for inks and coatings in the Boom region by identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing data, leading projects, coordinating cross-functional implementation, coaching production colleagues, preparing work instructions and checklists, and maintaining ISO production instructions. The role combines daytime office work with active production-floor presence and requires a technical bachelor's degree or several years of production experience, strong communication in Dutch and English, and familiarity with SAP, MES, or other manufacturing data systems.
