Russell Stover Chocolates is hiring a Production Lead to oversee chocolate manufacturing operations for an assigned area, production line, or team. The role directs, trains, and supports employees; delegates work; operates and monitors production equipment; maintains records in SAP; performs inspections and cleanup; ensures adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety and quality programs, and regulatory requirements; reports hazards and process deviations; and supports continuous improvement of the plant’s food safety culture.
