Home Chef is hiring a Production Lead to supervise portioning, meal bagging/kitting, and shipping operations. The role begins a 2nd shift from 4 PM to 12:30 AM, with designated days off on Monday and Tuesday. Responsibilities include setting up production lines, coordinating with the warehouse, enforcing SOPs and food-safety procedures, monitoring production targets, managing waste and inventory, and supervising production associates. The position requires a high school degree or equivalent and a strong attendance and performance record as a Home Chef production associate. The disclosed Illinois base salary is $22.75 per hour.
