Description
Altek Electronics is hiring a Production Lead to organize and lead work in a manufacturing area, maintain steady production flow, support CFM and lean manufacturing, train employees, monitor productivity and quality, follow safety and 6S procedures, and coordinate with supervisors and line operators. The role requires a high school diploma or GED or equivalent education and work experience, involves lifting materials and products up to 30 pounds, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with a 10% shift differential.
