Ruveon is hiring a Production Lead for its Soda Springs, Idaho manufacturing facility. The role plans, directs, and coordinates plant operations across the Kiln and HEG processes, including phosphate beneficiation, pollution control, water management, calcined phosphate blending, and heavy equipment operations. The Production Lead oversees safety, quality, regulatory compliance, cost control, process improvement, staffing, training, and coordination with engineering and other cross-functional teams. The posting requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, or a similar field plus at least 10 years of industrial manufacturing experience, and offers a salary of $104,080 to $156,120 with health, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
