Description
Figure is hiring a full-time Production Lead to drive daily execution on its factory floor. The role coordinates supervisors, engineers, and quality teams; assigns work, monitors production flow, supports line readiness and changeovers, troubleshoots quality and equipment issues, completes production documentation, conducts shift handoffs, supports training, and partners with Lean Manufacturing initiatives. The position requires an AS degree or equivalent experience, a high school diploma or GED, at least three years in regulated manufacturing, and one year in a leadership role. The US base salary range is $80,000 to $105,000 annually.
