Description
Fralock is hiring a full-time, onsite Production Lead (Packaging) in Valencia, California. The role leads day-to-day manufacturing operations, coordinates staffing and scheduling, maintains quality and safety standards, trains employees, supports continuous improvement, and ensures on-time production delivery. Responsibilities include composite fabrication, assembly lay-up, autoclave bagging, product inspection, equipment troubleshooting, WIP monitoring, and production documentation. The position requires a high school degree or equivalent education and experience, three to five years of cleanroom or packaging experience, and knowledge of ERP systems, OSHA standards, Microsoft Suite, and manufacturing workflows. Compensation is $23.00–$29.00 per hour with a 14.3% shift differential, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and PTO benefits.
