HelloFresh Canada is hiring a Production Team Lead in Mississauga to support the production manager, supervise and coordinate production associates, monitor production plans and KPIs, maintain sanitation and food-safety standards, train associates, and identify performance improvements. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of food-processing or manufacturing experience, leadership skills, inventory-management experience, and the ability to work in a refrigerated environment and overtime. Compensation is $23.75 CAD per hour, with shift premiums available.
