Description
The Lead Production Associate guides and coaches production-line teams, supports assembly and single-piece flow, tracks performance metrics, trains new hires, maintains safety and GMP/SQF standards, and performs production duties as needed. The role requires leadership, communication, time management, basic math, and high school education or GED, with 1+ year of related experience preferred. It is full-time with varied shifts, overtime may be required, and the Texas pay range is $20–$20 USD.
