Description
Merchology is hiring a Production Lead for its Manufacturing team at its Plymouth production facility. The role oversees production quality, equipment and process troubleshooting, employee training and accountability, scheduling, safety, and quality inspection. Candidates need at least 12 months of related experience, strong employee relations and decision-making skills, the ability to stand for 7–9 hours, lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly, and work in a warm environment. The onsite first-shift schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with hourly pay of $20–$25.
