Description
The Food Production Team Lead verifies and coordinates daily production plans, leads the production floor with at least 90% presence, and drives safety, quality, processing efficiency, and service-level performance. The role oversees staging, pack-out, scheduling, resource allocation, food safety, equipment troubleshooting, training, reporting, and waste management while maintaining compliance with GMPs and safe-food-handling practices. It requires 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in food production, flexible shift availability, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a cold, physically demanding factory environment. The position pays $19.14 USD per hour on a Monday–Friday AM shift.
