The Production Trainer supports production operations by training team members on assembly procedures, coordinating additional training, monitoring processes and quality issues, processing engineering change requests, maintaining records, and participating in improvement initiatives. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous production experience helpful, and involves reading blueprints, communicating with team members and leadership, and maintaining a safe work area. Physical requirements vary by location, with Sioux Falls requiring up to 10 hours of sitting, standing, and walking, plus lifting and carrying.
